End of the IDEAS Project

All the partners are happy with the final products developed and will commit to keeping the project alive by using the material in the courses while sharing the results with their network.

Final Partners' Meeting

The final meeting took place on 20 October 2023 in Valencia (ES). Andrea Anzanello presented the final results of the whole project.
Partners had the chance to present the results obtained during the Multiplier Events that took place at the national level and their impact on the teachers community.

2023 eTwinning conference

Patra Gymnasio participated online in the 2023 eTwinning conference that took place in October. This was a great possibility to spread the IDEAS project and increase the impact of its results around Europe.

Online Course available

The third Project Result - Online Course - is online now on the project portal! Partner will soon start an evaluation to have feedback from the involved teachers.

Project partners are now reviewing the draft contents of the online course in order to finalise them in the last months of the project.

New Associated Partners joining

New institutions and schools from the educational sector are continuing to join the IDEAS project as associated partners. They can disseminate the project results and test the online course partners are developing.

The eLearning and Software for Education conference

The eLearning and Software for Education conference was held on 27th - 28th April 2023. It ws delivered online and focused on the future of education and training, encouraging scientific discussions between academics, researchers, teachers and experts from organizations in the field of education. Thematic workshops and round tables were organized for more than 100 accepted papers. Also, four virtual rooms were available to the participants on topics such as Pedagogy and psychology in the new learning environments, Technological innovations in eLearning, Best practices in the field of online education and training, Lifelong learning, eLearning in a non-formal and informal context, Professional development, and Serious games and gamification. ‘This event has become a well-established landmark in the research environment, and the immense interest expressed by the participants and the impressive list of papers can only confirm this reality’ Holger Osterrieder – Head of the ESDC
The EuroEd Foundation Iasi presented The IDEAS project and its results at the eLearning and Software for Education conference, organized by the "Carol I" National Defense University in collaboration with the European Defense and Security College (ESDC), on 28th April 2023.

Third partners' meeting

The third meeting took place on 2 March 2023 in Iasi (RO). Andrea Anzanello presented the project and the activities to be carried out so far. Each partner presented the results of the testing activity of the Guidelines with teachers.
Moreover, the template for the PR3 – Online Course was presented and explained. All the questions and doubts were answered and at the end all the partners have in mind their next activities.

Teaching Sources are online !

The Teaching Sources have been uploaded on the project portal by the project partners!
In the next months of the project, they will be tested by the involved teachers in order to get proper feedback about the deliverable.

Evaluation of the Teaching Sources

The University of Peloponnese, is now evaluating the partners' Teaching Sources to check their digital and educational reliability.
Once this phase will be done, the Teaching Sources will be uploaded online in the related section of the portal.

Identification of the teaching sources

Partners have finalised the identification of the teaching sources. Now they will be sent to the University of Peloponnese in order to be evaluated from a digital and educational perspective.

Testing of the Guidelines with teachers

Partners have now started the testing with teachers involved with the project who will read and analyse the Methodological Guidelines in order to give proper feedback regarding what works and what should be improved.

Translation of the Methodological Guidelines

The partners of the IDEAS project translated the Methodological Guidelines in order to have a greater impact at the national level on target groups.
In this way, it will be also easier to test them with teachers.

Identification of the first teaching sources

Project partners are now identifying the teaching sources that will be part of a database in the framework of the Intellectual Output 2.

Methodological Guidelines - final version

The Methodological Guidelines of the IDEAS project were finalised and uploaded online on the project portal!
Now the partners will be able to translate them and then test them at the national level.

Second partners' meeting

The second meeting took place on 18 - 19 July 2022 in Patras (EL). Andrea Anzanello presented the project and the activities to be carried out. The meeting was an opportunity for the partners to review the activities carried out so far. A presentation of the PR1 – Guidelines was carried out by all partners and a discussion took place to understand how to finalise the material.
Moreover, the template for the PR2 – Teaching Sources was presented and explained. All the questions and doubts were answered and at the end all the partners have in mind their next activities.
Finally, partners discussed project management activities to be carried out.

Associated teachers involvement

Project partners have been involving teachers from their institutions and schools external to the partnership in order to develop and evaluate the results of the IDEAS project. The process of involvement is an ongoing activity in order to reach the widest impact possible.

Lesson Plan - draft version

Thanks to the information and feedback received during the Kick-off Meeting in Florence, project partners are now working on the development of the Lesson Plans based on the SCRUM methods dealt with in the second Module of the Guidelines.
The aim is to arrive at the second partners meeting in Greece with a proposal of Lesson Plans in order to be discussed among the partnership.

Kick-off Meeting

The online meeting took place on 1 April 2022 in Florence (IT). Andrea Anzanello presented the project and the activities to be carried out. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to know each other and discuss all details related to the next project's activities. At the end of the meeting, all the partners had a clear view of the future project's implementation and the next activities which consist of the development of the Methodological Guidelines and the involvement of teachers and students in the project.

Training with teachers in Romania

EuroEd (RO), partner of the IDEAS project, organised a training for teachers with the aim of disseminating of activities among teachers to help them better understand inclusion in the classroom.
The event was also an opportunity to present the objectives of the IDEAS project in order to get the project known and to involve end-users in the project.

Guidelines - draft version

The project partners have started working on the draft version of the Methodoloigcal Guidelines, the first result of the IDEAS project.
The deliverables will be reviewed during the Kick-off Meeting in Florence in order to give the partners all the necessary feedback to keep going with the work and finalise it.

Preparatory Meeting

The preparatory meeting was held online on 17 January 2022. Andrea Anzanello presented the project and the activities to be carried out. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to know each other and discuss all general aspects of the project. The calendar of activities was presented and agreed.
At the end of the meeting, the partners had in mind the activities to be carried out in preparation to the Kick-off Meeting which will take place in Florence in April 2022.
